“Things that got me spending my money…
I ended up with tuna stuffed peppers, which I’ve had before and they go really well with a chilled glass of prosecco or white wine. Then I got some spreads to put on crostini – artichoke, spicy sun dried tomato & porcini mushroom. Perfect for the moments when you need a quick snack.I was happy to find balsamic vinegars from Modena, which are among the better ones available.Thinking about snacks had me buying marinated, hot peppers for putting on bruschetta, and lastly I bought a range of saucesfor the sheer convenience of it.Armed with all of those wonderful goodies it was time to sit down and have a well-deserved late lunch.”
Paolo Tullio in the Irish Independent writing about a visit to Avoca in Kilmacanogue, where Del Gusto is sold.
“Del Gusto range is particularly good.
Wonderful olive oils; rustic pastas; spreads; preserves and sauces; biscuits; confectionery in pretty boxes; and superb coffee have all been carefully selected to represent the best quality and diversity that Italy has to offer.”
